You know what, this thread has convinced me of how wrong I am. As a mad, raving fanboy, I now see how wrong I am, and so I have decided to quit gaming for good. Or VGC at least. I have a date with a sweet girl tonight, and I am ready to start my new life!

It's a nice thought but that would imply we'd have to be mindless zombies, which isn't going to happen anytime soon.

People have opinions, and they differ. Different opinions, in their extreme, give rise to fanboys.

Perhaps though, as it's becoming increasingly common to own more than 1 console, peoples' opinions will become more flexible.
