Looks like it is selling great to me.
Maybe used game market it harming it? I finished it inside of a week and resold it for nearly what I paid for it. I didn't see the need to hang on to it when DLC was a bit aways and I'm sure it'll go on sale for cheaper or come with the DLC.
It'll sell more once it is released for the PS3. XD
Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Not sure there's a problem. Here's the data on the titles I can see:
http://www.vgchartz.com/swlaunch.php?reg1=All&game1=Mass+Effect+-+X360[7635]®2=All&game2=Mass+Effect+2++-+X360[28815]®3=All&game3=&weeks=100
now this week by week view shows the weekly average has dropped faster (so far)

however, unless it really collapses at retail it should sell at least the same if not more than ME. I doubt it's going to sell a huge amount more, but then I don't think that's a reasonable hope. ME1 sold very well to the RPG market on 360 and I don't think that market has actually gotten that much larger so ME2 simply sold more up front as a trusted IP vs a new one and is showing slightly quicker drop off as it doesn't need word of mouth, etc. unlike ME to give it a stronger tail.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

If they have made this multi, the quality of the game on PS3 would be amazing like Dragon Age Origins.
OT: I thought this game is selling great. Why worry? enjoy the game it's fantastic!
Using that chart that Reasonable used (thanks!) ME2 is still 350k units ahead of ME1, without a Japanese release.
The big issue I see (purely IMO) is that ME1 was released in November compared to January for ME2. That means that if you track a week-to-week number for both Mass Effects, ME1 is around the first week of January, coming off of Christmas, while ME2 is in the middle of March...Not as much shopping going on then.
I think that given the content of what ME2 is, it will have a nice run between 10-20k/wk for a long, long time. If it doesn't, though, we know that the legs really weren't that great.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Or as amazing as the 360 version of FFXIII. :P Mass Effect is the only game I have been interested in that other plataforms have and the PS3 don't. I would like a port, otherwise I'll wait until I upgrade to a better PC. If the game is released to the PS3 I'll buy it, if it doesn't, I'll play it pirated in my PC, it is Bioware's decision.

Yeah, it'll be a sales monster on the PS3. Like other WRPGs such as Borderlands and Dragon Age.

yes, thank to Reasonable for creating that chart. I forgot that great feature on this site.
I just figured it would have done better. It had a lot of advertising behind it and great reviews to support it. There haven't been a lot of great 360 games released since Xmas season so I thought it would have led the charge.
The points brought up here are all solid. Thanks
