Was reminded it came out today because of a long haired fellow on the bus who brought it out to open it.

Oddly, he seemed to want to unwrap it like a birthday present, unwilling to just tear the first layer of plastic. After 30 seconds of tugging, he finally gave in and tore it.

Also, once it was finally opened, he actually did smell the game. That was amazing. I hope it plays better than it smelled.

I get bored on buses :P.

Since EA bought Bioware, a PC port is likely.

I'm hoping that gets announced in the next few months. If not...who knows, I may get a 360 in the spring or summer. I really really want this game.

A PC port will come around eventually but since MS published the title, it won't happen for at least a year.

With that said, I still haven't played the game. I'm still too busy dry humping the box to actually put the game into my 360.

Yup this is my thought also, given my impressions of the game thus far I am willing to wait, but unlike many other folks who have also had purely bad reactions to the game I still plan to make every attempt to give it a fair shake. I will of course be trying the "demo" first though, but I always buy games I like...to do otherwise is just pissing in your own cherrios imo.

To Each Man, Responsibility

A few complaints about the game:

1. You can't choose your last name, meaning I couldn't play a lesbian named "Tits McGee". Instead, I had to make the ugliest man to ever walk the Earth. It's a bit of a consolation but Tits McGee would have been better.

2. The combat is far too twitchy for my liking. I was hoping I could be a bit more of a lazy ass with this game after suffering through FPS overload the past few months.

Other than those two minor quibbles, this game is f***ing brilliant. I find myself not caring if the cutscene is five minutes long because it's so damned interesting.

I've got agree with rocketpig. For the first time in any game, I find myself searching for...craving more dialog! I just can't get enough of the character development and story.

Talk to me, baby, talk to me...

I'm already looking forward to my next play through as a pure biotic. I went the soldier route to get a good feel for the game first.

It's upto 93% on gamerankings....

Pretty danged good.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

hell yeah, another xbox 360 game above 90 % on gamerankings

Ya I just picked up the game also. Haven't dove to hard into it yet, only about an hour or so. So far so good, but I had a little problems with the menu system. I may get used to that, but I'll come back when I get some more time with the game.

how you can give this game anything less then a 85 or 90 is mind blowing

Also what classes did you guys go with, im a vanguard, but thinking of starting over and being a soldier, a sniper rifle would save my ass more times then i can count

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

I've had this game for about a week and a half (thanks K-mart!)

Just one observation; There are times in the game where you think that you're clearly doing the right thing, dialogue and whatnot. However, that "right" dialogue will result in a not necessarily good outcome.
