It's a demo of their "speed tree like" plugin for UE 3. Fairly old and not even close of an UE 3.5 neither a new UE.

its an engine demo....
without elements of a game(ai,models etc etc)
and without running on a specific hardware.

No, but this one is CG, more of a teaser than a tech demo..

Actually that is the one I am talking about. It's not CG. It was designed via a modded UE3.5.

Gears of War 3 is expected to use Unreal 4 graphics engine. I call fake on the tech demo. Possible unveiling of Gears of War 3 at E3 10.
