The Issue with Sony was that it completely slated the Wii Motion controlling ambitions which included many of their employers and high end representatives at the time (Phill Harrison is quite notable)
They made their own motion device to "CALL" or pre-empt the Wii Mote - SIXAXAS

......Huge Fail to say the least

4 Years on Sony have opted in a system which is Identical to the Wii Mote & nunchuck....
the design is the similar down to the Wrist strap they've included.

For me this is a Lazy way to Jump on the Motion Market.

Innovation? nope.... Imitation... Yes

That's my point, though. It's the most obvious, but most natural point of hypocrisy for console manufacturers in the console cycle. I'm not saying they shouldn't do it, i'm just saying that massive hypocrisy is natural for these companies as they adopt new technologies, but have to cover for themselves while they haven't embraced the technology yet.

I only see two possibilities:

1) You're the most hearted Sony fan who will be forever in denial about the ps move being a blatant Wii rip off. (some of them already get over it)

2) You know that anonymity is a good thing on the internet and you can say whatever crazy stuff you want because we don't know who you are.

Yes, the Wii was called a fad by everyone, including Sony. Everyone, including Sony, have been proven wrong. Is it funny? Yes.
