Just thought I'd mention that the booing is more likely to happen in the UK as:

- The first FF game was on Playstation (FFVII) and has always been seen as a PS brand in the UK.
- A lot of people probably bought a PS3 earlier for the promise of FFXIII being PS exclusive. If they knew that they could have bought a cheaper 360 for it they may well have done.
- The media suggesting that content was cut from the PS version for system parity likely angered some
- The people booing weren't in line to win anything!

Not justifying it, just giving reason and explaination as to why it may have happened.

 

FFVII and FFVIII also released on pc here in UK by eidos

 

and even before then there was the final fantasy games on the original gameboy and lots of people imported the US SNES version of FFIII me included

guess they can be happier now as the Advertising Standards Authority is dealing with one of the reason for the booing.

 How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Actually, I'm from the Netherlands Antillies in the Caribbean. We speak officially Dutch, but for the most part we speak our own language, wich is Papiamentu. And yes, African (spesificly from Guinea) is one the other 5 or 6 languages that got combined to form Papiamentu wich we are trying make it official (God knows when that's goin' to happen).

Ok , back on topic. I feel really ashamed to call myself a gamer after seeing this. I mean this worse than seeing Zelda fans go bonkers when Wind Waker got shown for the first time... And beyond the Half-Life 2 incedent or was Left for Dead 2???

That video only showed one person booing it, and he seemed to get quite a few looks...oh, and he was Asian...of course he's gonna boo the 360.

It's clearly inferior to what the PS3 can output, in addition to the purposefully stolen PS3 images to promote the 360's release. They have everyright to boo. It's not about being a "fanboy", it's about appreciating a proven better system.
