The 360 just beat the Wii for the first time since Halo 3 came out, how many more times do you think it will come out on top of NPD's numbers this year? I think it can get it 2-4 months with Reach, Natal, Splinter Cell, and with other exclusive games and features.

If it happens, it'd be Halo month, though I suspect even halo won't provide a HUGE surge. Halo fanboys have consoles already. A limited edition model with Halo might spark some sales, though. Like a Halo model with H3, ODST and Reach all included?

The only other chance would be more supply constraints for the others or if Natal somehow is some mind-blowing mass-market phenomenon - the Tickle-Me-Elmo for the holidays. I personally don't see that happening ever, though - especially at its launch. I suspect the early games will be kind of lacking.

The last four months of the year should be microsofts! With halo and natal and maybe even a price cut, I really think that they will take the cake.

I really should bookmark this thread for later use the generalize every 360 fan using this thread by saying that every 360 fan though 360 would beat the wii in NA for the 4th quarter.

If Wii faces shortages like this again then yeah. But if it doesn't, then no.
