When I heard #3, two games came to my mind: Donkey Kong and Jurassic Park for the SNES....for some strange reason. At least I got it right at the end.

Personally I find Japan-only games to be a big no-no. Square has such a large catalogue that no one should have to resort to such underhanded tactics.
