I think the two big showings from Sony this year will be their Arc demonstration and line up along with a big showing of some upcoming 3D titles. I'm looking forward to seeing how they impliment 3D into their games. I've never been a fan of motion control but I'll be interested to see if they are able to differentiate the Arc from the Wii (although I don't have high hopes).

Other than that I look forward to the usual. New IPs mainly, some sequels and more info on a few already announced games (FFXIII Versus hoepfully!)
