I've been thinking about buying a second PS3 to use as a blu-ray player in the bedroom and to play on when the wifey is watching something on the big TV.  I have a bunch of gift cards and Best Buy reward points burning a hole in my pocket and figure this would be the perfect opportunity.  I've been hoping that Best Buy would be doing some kind of PS3 bundle for next week (maybe buy the console and GOW 3 and the the collection free) but haven't seen anything showing that anyone with be doing any deals.  With PS3s still being hard to find in most areas in the US what do you think the chances are we'll see any kinds of deals next week?

80$ worth of games for free? (one of which is supposed to be a big seller) that would be one helluva bundle. I dunno much of anything but I'd say don't count on it.

Here in Canada, while ps3's are still in stock, bestbuy and futureshop are still limiting sales to 1 per household. If you're lucky maybe the collection might be bundled up or something -- when bioshock 2 came out bestbuy had part 1 for 10 bucks.

That's kind of what I was wondering. If you bought a PS3 and GOW 3. What are the hances of them throwing in something like the collection for free?

anyway. for those canadians around, zellers has the ps3 and the collection for 310$ (20$ savings) i am so jealous...lol but hey it's better than nothing
