actually ps3 it's used by the military.
i was going to say something about darwin but then read she was only 3 years old
it was stepfather fault leaving a gun where she could grab it, he could go to jail for mis use.
How do the parents know what the kid was thinking?
Mom: "Hey honey what do you think you're doing pointing a loaded gun at yourself?"
Kid: "I think I'm playing with a Wii controller."
Mom: "Oh okay dear."
That is the most bullshit story I've ever heard of. Those parents deserved to have their kid taken away... but not like this. If those parents aren't put in jail for this we should take away Tennessee's right to vote.

A lot of the story sounds like the parents just covering up for their negligence. I doubt the mother was in the room at all, unless she were severely inebriated (though lying to say the mother was in the room makes them sound worse than if she wasn't)
