the 360 slow-motion camera always happen when you use a flash?

Every single clip I've seen that's happened. If it's tactical so you get a 360 view of who's around and about to attack then fine but if it's just a fancy effect then I hope it's not every time otherwise it can get very annoying and possibly spoil the atmosphere.

I believe it's triggered when you do something pretty stylistic, like when you time the flare just right or something. I think I read it on IGN or something.

lol thats wat I thought. This game reminds me of Luigi's Mansion cuz ofhe flashlight. I didn't like the slow down "bullet time" when he used the flare, I feel it lasted waaay too long. Still day 1 though.
