Forums - Nintendo - Fragile Dreams -Nintendo Power Review

http://gonintendo.com/viewstory.php?id=116454#comment-section

- sloppy combat
- poor design decisions
- "In an adventure driven by story and mood, all the gameplay needed to do was stay out of the way."
- randomly breaking weapons
- strictly limited inventory space
- final third of the game is generic and focuses on the combat
- game is not completely dismissed, but has serious flaws

5.5/10

It was either this or Monster Hunter for me, going for MH3 now. I'll still rent it.
Still dissapointing.

I own all of lastgen systems as of October 2008. (Finally got a Dreamcast)

I own every currentgen system except PS3.

Around the Network

Ouch, my heart is hurting.

*Sob* But that won't stop me! *sob sob* I'm getting it no matter what!!! *Uaaaaaaa uuu hu hu hu*

ugh. Too bad.

Will wait for more info.

I really enjoy Nintendo Power reviews too.

That really sucks... a few more bad reviews and I may not buy this game either.

Around the Network

I am still getting it for a few reasons.

A couple people on here have said they played the import version and it is a good game.

I pre ordered it with my pre order paid in full a month or so ago.

It is still exploring

Would not be the first time I find a game fun after they have gotten bad reviews

Honestly, reviews scores mean little to me no matter the company that does it.

We all expected the combat to be meh, it has been said many times.

It is to bad to see a bad review on it though.

That's disappointing. I'll check other reviews and possibly pick this up in the future.

Oh god no......5.5??? That's not good but then again it is still someone's opinion, right?

Generation 8 Predictions so far.....(as of 9/2013)

Console that will sell most: Nintendo Wii U

Who will sell more consoles between Microsoft/SONY: SONY

Just another review I disagree with. Not surprising to me.

this got 8.5 by a reviewer on metacritic the websites called multiplayer or something
