New Super Mario Bros. Wii world record set

A 32 year old man has set a new world record on New Super Mario Bros. Wii. He managed to achieve the super high score of 3,647,680 with just one life in around two and a half hours worth of playtime. Impressive isn't it? Video on show.

aren't there places where you can just rake in points, because enemies continually respawn. whats stopping him from getting infinite points.
