but also the Editor in chief already saw the PS3 Build. that's why it recieved the Cover. just because they release the same screen shot's does not mean those shot's are just releated to the XBOX360, OR THE PS3 or the PC.

It mean's to show what the Game look's like.

the fact that is already a PS3 build and Gary already seen it , is why these screen shot's were put out. in the Magazine to give you a first hand look of the game.

It's not just the xbox360 running the game.

There's some filter over it that makes it kinda brownish.

I think everyone pretty much gathered that given the game is coming to all HD systems, but the TC's well within his rights to call them Xbox 360 shot (at least moreso than calling them PS3 shots) since they first debuted in a magazine where they played the 360 version.

HOW So?

if both Have a Build , and both HAVE Been Shown, how is that showing one build over the other, because it's not All three platform's has had the people in the Media see the build's, so it's not saying anyone of those screen shot's could not or be anyone of the system's build's. that's why it's A general Release of Pic's.

Example:

Iposted Warhammer 40k : spacemarine and the screen shot's released are the same screen shot's for both the xbox360 and the PS3 .

that is the same thing EA did here .

developer's from EA stated they ran a build of the game on the xbox360, and also EA went over to POM and let them see the PS3 build.

yet both used the same screen's for their release.

So it's moot both can run the Game already, now we have to wait for more info.

360 or not.. atleast 3 of them are concept art. Sure, an image file displayed on a 360 can qualify as "running on the 360". Other than that, crysis is a mediocre FPS and the first one was worse than metro 2033.

we have people on one side saying:

"NO WAYZ ITS NOT ON THE CONSOLES, ITS ON PC, CONSOLES CANT EVEN DO 1/10TH OF THOSE VISUALS, THEY ARE WAYY OUTDATED"

then we have people saying:

"ITS THE 360 GAME, ALAN WAKE IS GRAPHICS KING THOUGH, JUST HOW EVERY 360 GAME THAT COMES OUT NOW IS GRAPHIC KING"

and then we have:

"ITS THE PS3 VERSION, THE SAME SCREENS WERE SHOWN ON OPM! THEY DONT SHOW RIVAL SYSTEM SCREENS!"

so I've come to the conclusion, that its obviously the PC version of the game because there is no way in hell the console version would be at such a high resolution.. had it been 1280 x 720 then it could very well have been the ps3 or xbox 360 version.

The need to write '360' seven times in the write up for the screenshots pretty much says it all imo :D
