i absolutely HATE the fact, that some games REQUIRE pressing the start button to actually start the game!

i mean, i sit down i want to play a game, my thumb is already resting comfortable on the X-Button and what do i get?;: PRESS START BUTTON

most games have no problem with me just doing the minimal work of pressing the X-Button down, but NOOOOO some of them make my thumb go ALL THE WAY from the X-Button to the middle of the controller just to START a GAME?????

i hope someone will be fired for that kind of inconvenience faithful customers are put through!

Are you sure you are using a SONY official DS3, and not a pirate version?

That and the VG$, but still, the main reason is to expose the horribleness of the start button.  It has more jagged edges than a PS1 game.
