So, I know I will buy some online games soon and was thinking of a dual purpose bluetooth headset for my BlackBerry and PS3.

Considering the Jabre BT530.

Anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds kinda stupid walking around with the Official Playstation bluetooth on your ear, but honestly it is really good. I've had like 3-4 headsets that I would use for gaming and they were ok, but the Playstation headset is by far the best I've tried. I've even used it on my BB and it was muuch better than the rest, very crisp and clear. I never used the Jabra BT530 tho.

How long does the playstation one last and does it sync to two things at once?

this is the bluetooth that i use, you can find it here on amazon for cheap, but ebay is def. the place to get it the cheapest for 20$....its fits great in the ear and ive had it for close to 8 months without problems, although, the best one is def. the official sony ones..good luck

mine has lasted 8 months so i imagine the playstation one to last for longer, and yeah im pretty sure it does sync to two things at once * i could be wrong though

the clarity of the ps3 blue tooth head set is one of the best i have worn, its got noise cancellation, voice clarity, over 8 hrs of usage etc...

plantronics man their blueooth headsets are top notch. i own their explorer 335 (i think) for over 3 years now and it had its fair share of falls, water contact, usage, and still works fine it can also let you pair it to 3 bluetooth devices. there are newer versions that are better but check out plantronics man. they also make very comfortable bluetooth headsets at times youll forget youre wearing one

I agree with the above posts, the playstation one is great, never used Jabre though :)

I have an official blackberry headset and honestly the playstation one is better than it with my blackberry anyday

The playstation headset is clearly the best headset for use with PS3 and PSP. It's the usual high level of quality that Sony delivers (not talking consoles exclusively), sound is crystal clea, one charge is aprox. 8-9 hours talk time, has a mute button and can be used as a micro in standbymode. I've managed to sync it at the same time with my PS3, PSP Go and HTC Diamond 2 no problem. The only grip you might have with it, is that it's really comfortable (wait...), that's mainly because it isn't too tight on the ear, so eventually you could drop it if you are rather energetic.

I've used the standard bluetooth that came with Warhawk till the piece that wraps around the ear broke. Now I'm using a different Jabara one and it's not too bad.

I've heard good things about the official PS3 headset, but I recently bought a Logitech PS2 USB headset and the quality was amazing for only $10-15.
