Some engines look better on PS3 some look better on 360, the ones that look better on PS3 are the best looking games this gen. better then anything on 360, thats the point.

Uh yeah, several media sources have previewed the 360 version of Crysis 2 - not tech demos, but the actual game - (and one PS3 version) and confirmed it looks better than Uncharted 2. Sorry, but these things happen. Just re-confirms Sony need to up their game this holiday.

Links have been posted to confirm it looks better on 360 too. They're basically backed up by digital foundry and Crytek using the 360 version as showcase. I guess the PS3 versions not up to par yet. Shame.

Makes you wonder why Microsoft does not create its own 1st party studios reminiscent of Sony. They could have some amazing quality titles, ala Sony, but choose a different route.

But not one said ti looks better on 360, in fact, ARTICLES HAVE BEEN POSTED SHOWING IT LOOKS BETTER ON PS3. no one said anything about UC2, also post a proof or I call BS.

Where is your link? Also, sony hardly neeeds to up threre game, Sony has plenty of top quality exclusives, and is on pace to outsell the 360, the slight differences between Crysis 2 on each wont change that.

Post a lmik where Crytek says it looks better on 360, I,posted one where HE SAID himself PS3 looks better, so how do you know whch one is right?

Your argument makes zero sense, u say Crysis 2 will look better on 360, its not out yet and no one knows, yuo say that means 360 leapfrogs PS3, yet Crytek says PS3 looks better. also, how many games will be out by then? GOW 3 looks better then anything else they have seen according to multiple top sites.  i already posted a link of PS3 screens and looking better then 360.

The fact that it will use all of Cells and the PS3's power only leads to more evidence it will look best on PS3. hate to break it to you, Crysis looks ebtetr then crysis 2, and GOW 3 and UC2 look just as good, keep in mind, Im have a core i5 and a top of the line PC, I maxed it out easily on my rig.

Post any article that sates it looks betetr then UC2 or better on 360 please.

Also, everywhere I have read it says "AMONG" the best looking games, never says best looking game to date anywhere, you fail. It will be a good looking game, but best? Have not seen anything in Crysys 2 that loosk any better then UC2, GOW3 or MGS 4.

This was awhile ago as well, prior to UC2 and GOW 3.

This plus Final fantasy running better on PS3, plus GOW 3 and UC2 being the gbest looking games on the market, 360 is falling further behind.

Crytek maxed out 360 LONG before the PS3, you fail RAZ. they only maxed out the PS3 long after the 360, so even crytek proves PS3 ahs more powerful hardware.

That's nice, but Crytek and DF confirmed it's running better on 360.

What did I tell you about sales? You're not allowed to talk about them until the PS3 catches up....and no, it's doubtful it'll alter the console placements at the end of it, it's only going to confirm that cross-platfom games look better than PS3 exclusives. Which is great for middleware user and exactly why Sony needs to invest more in first party engines. 

Patterns. Devs always show the version thats in the best shape.

Crytek says the 360 version looks better and so does Digital Foundry. It's just destiny.

Crysis 2 maxing out the PS3 just confirms the PS3 wasn't built with the hardware to contain such a game.

Christian Schlütter: Crysis 2 will be on all platforms, the "best looking" game.  That could work.  If Crytek all implements what (they make themselves and the technology is there) it will look better than Uncharted 2 However, one must also bear in mind that Uncharted 2 is much more linear than Crysis. Crytek has a lot more AI, environments, variables calculated.
