Stick with sales, metacritic is still subjective just a group mosh of opinions.
I'm Unamerica and you can too.

well if you ask me.Ubisoft making NO assasins creed(pretty much their most respected current franchise) to the wii , but also not bringing almost any games(until now).
Or activision at least bringing the best version of GH5 and some decent version of MW?They had the decency of bringing their biggest hitters without dissing the Wii market like other western devs.OH noo, assasins creed not for the kidz, Prince of persia?Ps2 port for those bastards(until now), and so forth.Sure acti had their share of ports but they had some decency at least with this market.
No games >some great games with a bunch of bad ones? at least one dev gives me the option of good games. Just saying.Same goes for EA(seriously, ditching the wii -MOH). Activision at least gave a number of very well received games for the wii.
Pyramid Head said: @rubang out of 85 how many you like . . . how many games has nintendo dropped on wii, and i like what 4 or 5 of em? same balance as activision to me quality is in the eye of the beholder, and all wii companies have lemons |
Activision has published 83 games on the Wii (just noticed 2 of the 85 aren't even out yet), mostly multiplats or movie tie-ins. I haven't played them all, but out of the games I played, I think I enjoyed about 2 of them (Guitar Hero 3, LEGO Star Wars). I'd probably also enjoy the other Guitar Hero games and LEGO games. They've had 7 Wii games break 1 million. 8.4% are million sellers, and 2.4% are fun for me so far.
Nintendo has published 57 games on the Wii (but that includes some games they only published in one territory, like Trauma Center, Kororinpa, Mario & Sonic Olympics, Monster Hunter Tri), they are ALL exclusive (except for a few GameCube remakes). I haven't played them all, but out of the games I played, I think I enjoyed about 16 of them. I'd probably also enjoy Captain Rainbow, Sin and Punishment 2, and Monster Hunter Tri. They've had 7 Wii games break 10 million, and 26 break 1 million. 12.3% are 10 million sellers, 45.6% are million sellers, and 28.1% are fun for me so far.
Damn. Looks like it's easier for Nintendo to pass 10 million than it is for Activision to pass 1 million.
Just some fun with numbers and my own worthless opinions. Looks like if a Nintendo game crosses a million, I have about a 50/50 chance of enjoying it. Not too shabby.
Can't wait to see how many Guitar Hero games we can get in 2010. 2009 had 7 if you include Band Hero and DJ Hero.
But enough about me. Which 4 or 5 Nintendo games do you like?
ok i liked galaxy, mkwii, warioware, wii fit, and wii sports
i prolly like more than 5, i was just tryin to make a point
i have to at least not like half of the nintendo wii games
most disliked was TP
Call of Guitar Hero's Duty.

Activision is not bad!
They try to make money in every possible way.
AND
They provide a good variety of games.
You can't like all games someone make/publish, there is something for everyone!!
Looking at the list I've played a lot of their games and still enjoy from time to time!
As there is:
-COD 3
-COD WaW
-COD MWR
-Cabelas Big Game Hunter 2010
-Indiana Jones and the staff of kings
-SW The force unleashed
-XMen Origins: Wolverine
-Marvel: ultimate alliance
-Marvel: ultimate alliance 2
-Jurrasic the Hunted
-Lego Star Wars Complete Saga
So, I don't know the others and can't say if I like them or not.
Cos I give a ferk to what someone says how a game is like if I've not tested by myself.
(That would be same if someone tells you "Eating a steak with fries is bad")
I like it if publishers bring out as many games as they can.
Yeah, sometimes I hope they'll put more effort into quality - ergo its maybe what Activision wants to say!
Greetings to everyone around the world!!
I dont want games from Activision, I want the company to dissolve and release what few good programmers they have to other companies
@scottie
why do you want a company to dissolve?
people lose their jobs for something that really doesnt mean anything to you
bad karma bro
In a forest, it is possible for a single tree to become so big that it shades those below it, preventing them from surviving. Inevitably the tree becomes too big, and too arogant (ok, I'm pushing the analogy a bit :P) that it cannot stand up under its own weight. When it finally collapses, the smaller trees can finally grow and make good games (analogy destroyed)
If activision collapses, the programmers will get jobs with better studios, and thus make better games, and that is why I would honestly like to see Activision collapse sooner rather than later
