I think that's the whole point, not just exclusive's make a platform. would you consider fallout 3 not a good game for the PS3 even though it's not exclusive?

this generation from my perspective there has been many quality software not just from 1st party an 2nd party ,but also 3rd party that sofar I think you cannt go wrong with the purchase of any of the game machine's. I think that to me say's alot about this generation in general.

No matter what game system you have or which one's your not being left out. All three have great game's no matter which system, the very fact there has ben so many 3rd party game's that are very good and in High Quality this generation:

I wasn't trying to say that exclusives determined how good a game was. I was just saying that I intended to make this thread to compare ps3 exclusives from 2009 and 2010.

I see what your saying but with the way many people like to compare game's It's kind of hard to exclude a game based on

it being exclusive or not if the system still get's the game.

I think excluding non exclusives is kind of taking away one of the great thing's about every year of game's for any system. just because the game can be found on another platform should not exclude the game , because many people look at the whole list of game's on the platform. not just exclusives.

if the point your making about "just exclusives" than there is no way to tell because the 2010 year has just started and not all the game's have even been released for 2010. based on that there's no real way to determine that just by a guess.

But on topic: I honstly can't see a way that 2010 can top 2009. If FFXIII was still exclusive then 2010 would dominate...but as it stands, God of War 3 and Gran Turismo 5 are looking like the only real HEAVY hitters. Although I must say, I very much enjoyed my first playthrough of Heavy Rain.

Please read the first post. I know 2010 isn't over, I was asking for others opinions on what they thought.

I did, I am just saying I could not say if 2010 would be bigger than 2009 that's why i said slight.

Things are looking pretty close at the moment. My highlights of 2009 were Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2, and Killzone 2. In 2010 I'm mainly looking forward to the Last Guardian and God of War III. If the rumors are true that either Killzone 3 or Demon's Souls 2 are dropping this year, or if something equally as exciting for me ends up being announced, then 2010 should barely edge out 2009.

2010, if only for WKC and GoW3. Last year the best games were multiplatform, IMHO they aren't this year.
