Sony seriously needs to drop the price of PSP. Soon it will be below PS2 and that is very sad....

Nice debut for Heavy Rain. Nice to see Mass Effect holding well.

EA can't be happy with Dante's Inferno.

Sorry to see such a mediocore debut for Endless Ocean but it should have nice legs.

Abysmal debut for Sonic Kart. Where's the 360/PS3 version? Didn't even break top 50? Sad.

Thats really good for Endless Ocean 2 as the first one did close to 16,000 sold in the first week. 42,000 in its first week is great.

psps are like still over 100$ aren't they?

DSfats are like 60$ or something.

Price needs to come down definitely, because this must be getting embarassing for sony.

PSPgo is 249$ and normal 3000 is 169$ if I remember right.

that's ridiculous. Both are nearly as or more expensive than dsi.

I've been wanting to get a psp for a long time myself but they're just too damn expensive.

Still, with almost 1m EO owners you'd think there would be more pick-up than that.   Still, Wii owners aren't first day buyers, especially for a casual game like this.

Without PS3 losses they would have probably dropped PSP price ages ago. Now they have to because those sales are horrible.

I think 360 holding steady compared to lasts years is the most surprising.

Wii is down significantly, even with a $50 cut.
PS3 is only slightly up with $100 cut and Slim

But 360 is slightly up with no recent cut. Go figure.

DS flat but no price cuts so that's a huge accomplishment considering how old it is.

PSP is nearing RIP.

I'm not sure how significant this is, though, since the Wii still looks like it has supply problems. They still don't seem available online, sold out in all major stores.

The first models for both? I'd imagine they're both very difficult to find, and not impacting sales very much.

The DS Lite is $130, DSi is $170 and the latest PSP (other than the insanely priced Go!) is $170.

The reason they haven't come down in price is because they're more expensive to manufacture, and while Sony was willing to take a loss leading strategy in the beginning, now that they've seen software sales they probably prefer making profit on the hardware.

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

Nice PS3 nbrs

the heavy rain effect ...

lol at Wii and DS
