Ok so me and my brother are having an argument on which game we should buy.  We owned Mw2 before but we sold it because it got  really boring so we bought Heavy Rain.  So now I fixed a YLOD in a PS3 for $80 and we promised to split the money 40 each.  The dumbass wants to get another Mw2 instead of the epic awsomeness called GOW3!!  I tell him he is going to get bored of Mw2 again but he wont listen.  So he prefers Drooling over Gow3 gameplay on YouTube than playing the actual thing.  I cant buy the game without him putting the extra cash.  My parents wont help me buy it bcuz they just paid $40 for my recently bought Star Ocean the last hope international.  Can anyone help me out here?  Something that might convince him?

well it helps shape a persons result...like a before i buy a game over another i wanna know what other peoples experiences were like, it shapes my desicion

the solution is simple -- stop giving your brother half of what you earn for fixing PS3's and you won't have this problem.

Perhaps if someone is actually looking for an answer, but if someone is looking for a specific answer what's the point?  No matter what gets said in this thread, the OP wants GoW3 and will only see get GoW3.  Nothing anyone says in this thread will ever change that.

Also, how can you share a personal experience with a game you haven't played?  Oh, the demo?  You mean the same one he could play and get his own opinions?

Lol you didnt have to give an attitude about it.  You should have just not answered at all if you thought it was pointless.  And i played the demo and its fantastic.  My bro thinks the same but he wants Mw2 so badly which i think its stupid after he sold it in the first place.  I told him he wont be paying attention to Mw2 bcuz we will be getting FFXIII(which he loves more than mw2) and Heavy rain.  I proved him i was right after my cousin let us borrow mw2 and he didnt play it at all.  But since he is a little bitch, he still wants mw2.
