Was listening to the 4 Guys 1up podcast and David Ellis said the talk of DICE was about Nintendo already giving dev kits of their new hardware to a select few. Then we got the shocker of Metroid and SMG2 coming earlier than we thought. My theory is that Nintendo is clearing space at E3 and we show the new Zelda and their new hardware.

I read somewhere the kits they handed out were not the final kits. They just wanted feedback on them.

None of this sounds like Nintendo and it's not something that they would do. This is just a horrible attempt to start a rumor and it's failing badly.

Yes mate it make perfect sense to listen to "video game journalist" and some guy working for a company which is making "hardcore" game.

I am sure it's not wishful thinking -or just plain lie, what more trustworthy than a game developer?- on their part or your for that matter. I am sure Nintendo will soon see the light and follow the path of their competitor down the true path of gaming and start buying truckload of red ink to go with that new revolutionary philosophy.

I don't know if it be true, but it would be dumb to start with new hardware information on either front before next year, cause Nintendo still selling like crazy.
