I got it too, but won't be playing until Thursday (12 hour night shifts make it hard to squeeze in gaming)

Although, I got the Limited Edition which was a cool bonus, and the EB pre-order thing, so I get 6 unlocks. (not that it matters since you get them eventually with the normal edition anyhow :P)

Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos

I am having a bitch of a time with EA's servers.

Finished the singe player last night on Normal, man was that a blast. Was the story memorable? No. Was it the most cinematic experience? Well, not in the sense of drama no.

But was it fast paced? Yes. Did it look beautiful with destruction, dust, and violence? Yes. Did it have unique experiences and levels? YES, lots of varied levels, vehicle portions, etc. Did it control nicely? YES, I loved getting a couple of headshots with the XM8, and when a squad of enemy popped out of nowhere, switching to my MGS, and just emptying an entire 100 bullets in a matter of seconds, and then just keeping going.

Seriously, the story is a B flick value, but it's good enough to keep you motivated and pumped, and doesn't try hard enough to be cringe worthy and waste your time with cutscenes.

I wouldn't want to use the word junkfood, because the actual gameplay itself was great.

Not getting it until tomorrow! ARGH!

Online was pretty fun. Definitely need a good squad to win conquest. Didn't play any Rush mode.

I honestly liked Conquest a lot more. Rush is becoming too much of a sniper camp fest, especially with the jungle map, the map where the defenders are literally stuck on an island, etc. I also feel like the Attackers are doing nothing more than creating a perimeter around the defenders and corner camping.

I'm having a blast with the chaotic nature of Conquest, with my modified SVU. I have to experiment more with the VSS, and the Demolition man specialization.

I agree with you, the times I played Rush I got annoyed on a few maps. On conquest not so much.

I just finished the campaign this morning. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I started on hard but switched to easy because my friend told me you could still get the last achievement if you only played the last level on hard. He also told me it was a dumb ending so I had no idea what to expect. But to be honest I thought it was pretty badass. He was like dude it's like any movie with ______(save you guys the spoilers). If you beat it you know what I'm talking about. He also thought ME1 sucked so I don't take his opinion very seriously except for the Borderlands ending.

In conclusion, Marlowe is a bad ass and I miss the voice in multiplayer from the first BC, for the Americans that is. Motion sensor Away.

The story is certainly no Heavy Rain... but then again, do we WANT a Heavy Rain story in an FPS?

NO, I just want to blow some fucking shit up with the epic destruction 2.0 and SHOOT SHIT, not have "downtime" or whatever the fuck IGN called it.

Going to get this tonight. Can't wait.
