something like this i don't see how this is not be ok . maybe for warranty purposes but if you want to crack it open that's going to be your fault if you mess it up.

MS cant ban him if he has a new gametag and xbox360 you need a reason to ban that said console (and how would Ms know it's him?). so how is ms to know it's him you ask?? MS is taking it one step further and thats by most likely tracking your ISP (and all info attach to that ISP account). unless Ms is bullsh*tting and they have no way of banning him on new consoles and gametags unless he gives an indication that it's him i wouldnt want to support a company like that. yes, you can bring up sony most likely doing the samething but unless you got hard evidence like in this case you got no argument.

to all those saying "ps3 owners beware" there really isnt anything to be aware of, you cant mod on the ps3 yet, and sony/ps3 users really have zero tolerance for cheaters, racist, and sh*t talkers (i would assume sony doesnt want the psn to be plauge by people like on live). i got a fair share of people banned for being tools from just 1 report. so im sure he learned his lesson to even take that bs to the ps3

Its little shits like him (judging by his voice) that makes us real gamers (as in well behaved) look bad. It doesnt matter if the gamer is a wii, 360, or ps3 fan. Even battle.net isn't this bad with the profanity.

I'm guessing they can flag his name or credit card or use the info from his current account to enforce a permanent ban. If you personally are told to never come back to a business for certain behavior then you still wont be welcomed back after you go home and change your clothes. which buying a new 360 and getting a new gamertag is basically changing your clothes if they recognize you.
