there probably would of been more ninty games in the top ten if they has revies in the 80's and early 90's

I don't think you can just look at the total score of the game and say it's the best game ever, or the second best, or third best, etc... Do you think if you put Metroid Prime 3 in front of someone who hates shooters and is into MMORPG that they would say MP3 is "better" than WoW? What about someone who only likes sports game and hates rpgs, action/adventure, etc, do you think they would feel Zelda:OOT is better than the games they play? How many people not into fighters would rank Soul Calibur as the 4th best game of all time?

Anyways I guess it's good if those are the games in genres or a particular kind of game that you like then it's meaningful, but if not the rankings don't mean much. For someone not into Nintendo games at all the rankings of their games are likely meaningless.

i havent played the original but i played the second one and i think it is the best fighting game

 Metroid Prime isn't an FPA, it's an First-person Shooter/Adventure hybrid. A FPA is a game like Myst.

Best rated =/= Best game. Other than Ocarina of Time, none of the other 2 games deserve to be in the Top 10 games of all-time, or even top 20.

Metroid Prime (the best game of it's year I admit) has not reached the brilliance of the FPS highest such as Half-Life series or Deus Ex. Deus Ex especially, which not only innovated with it's unique gameplay, it also had a compelling story and characters, great voice-acting, some freedom of choice, high replayability, well implemented non-intrusive RPG elements,  and it's also the ONLY FPS where you can finish the game without killing anyone. 

Deus Ex >>> Metroid Prime.

i think smg deserves it and i also think mp deserves it but your right deus ex is a great game that also deserves to be there and it isnt way better then mp

I thought it was Mario 64, my bad. SMG deserves to be high, not top10, but top20 definitely as the best platformer (IMO)
