Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6). This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

I only watched Men's snowboard halfpipe and Women's downhill skiing. The downhill course must be harder than in other winter olympic games as a good 1/4 of the women bailed HARD during their runs. All in all fairly amusing to watch. I'm Canadian and frankly the most interesting part is the role advertisers play in modern sport and the spectacle of it all.

The opening ceremonies were impressive too, though they give the impression that we actually care about our indigenous populations.

Of course I watch olympics. Both Winter and Summer. Winter olympics are a lot more interesting though. I try to watch winter olympics entirely. Summer olympics not so much.
