Another thing I want to mention is the expansion packs. They have been an absolute joke since the two for the original.

And here are a couple random screens from a new Invert I am working on in RCT2 (no expansions):

Screen 1

Screen 2

Ugh, directly posting them wasn't working so I had to link them.

Game of the year.

Now Playing: Guitar Hero III (Wii)

lol these games were ridiculously fun. I never played the 2nd, because it sucked (from my first impressions) but the first one was way too easy, yet it was still fun. All you have to do is adverstise, and you automatically win,

Here's a video from my band's last show Check out more (bigger) videos here http://www.youtube.com/user/icemanout

I have all three, but not exactly all the expansions. The first one (with the two expansions) were awesome, and the second one took it and expanded it. However, I'm not liking the third one as much. I've heard that Chris Sawyer didn't have as big as a role as he did with the other games, and this is seen with how much more complex RTC3 feels compared to RCT2. I love how it's in 3d (though the character models are lacking... ugh.. but I can't imagine how badly it's destroy a computer to have high quality peeps), but I hate trying to build anything in it. It feels like such a hassle compared to the other games.

I don't know about anybody else, but I can't play Tycoon games (or other build games like Sim City) with cheats and trainers. I'd rather just have fun with those types of games and I don't want to be bogged down by money. With that, I love using cheats to get everything and then just knock myself out.

Weird, I've felt that except for some tweaks, RCT2 is almost the exact same thing as RCT1.

Yeah i love RCT1 and 2 I think 2 is ridiculously leap in terms of difficulty to the point it pisses me off does anyone else agree with me say I'm not alone in this. Also can anyone give tips on how to make more money on parks that are free, which by the way pisses me off too.

I feel you. I overcharge everything. Ex. If it's enterance, charge $10 at start & go up often. Charge big for food, drinks, & extras. Make lots of rides have picture sections. Don't add too much scenery.

If pay-per-ride, make them pay $1.00 for every intensity rate. Ex. Intensity: 7.26: $7.30 Gentle rides are $3.00 Overcharge food, drinks, and extras. Add on-ride photos to at least 5 rides. Don't add a lot of scenery.

Hope this helps.

I guess that's by problem i never over charge for food but i pretty good charging them on coasters but I guess i have a problem of not willing to be a corrupt business man charge them extra for food umbrellas and drinks.  Has anyone beaten extreme heights I have no problem keeping my parking rate high but the 4,000 people is killing me

Yeah I have this game. I always really enjoyed it. It requires a lot of strategy and its fun to make the rides and stuff. Not my favorite game of all time though, there are others like WarCraft and StarCraft and the Doom and Quake series that I like better.

PC Gamer

I love RCT, i have the first and second games plus all accompanying expansion packs. Good times. Transport tycoon is very good too.

Second greatest game of all time! (out of PC games)

Greatest, of course, is the Sims.

I really like the game, but my wife was so addicted to it she basically booted me off of the computer and played it non stop for weeks.

The sequel wasn’t half bad either (made a good b-day present for my wife).

I love the RCT games. I got really goot at making custom costers as well. RCT3 was a lot better after they released the patch that put in features from RCT and RCT 2 that they left out for some reason (ie viewing all the people, their actions, and their thoughts)

The one great thing about RCT3 was actually riding your coaster but I did find a buy a cheap prog someone made that lets you import your RCT and RCT2 coasters and ride them in 3D.

Great fun.

I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.

I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys and potions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's a prize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I need food badly. What Video Game Character Are You?
