Trade bait is the way. What you do is get a JBHi-Fi exclusion list. Avoid the games on the exclusion list. I have bought games for as little as $5 or $10 that I have been able to trade in for the 3 for 1 deal at JBHi-Fi.

Harvey Norman has some good clearance games. Gears of War 2 CE only $15. $5 game was Stormrise- buy a couple copies of that game.

Buy three cheap games for under $20 and trade them in or trade in some of your old games in towards the 3 for 1 deal at JB Hi-Fi. Save more dollars on games but may take a bit of time. But well worth it.

Heavy Rain or White Knight Chronicles. Metacritic suggests it is an easy decision. Heavy Rain will be a much better game with 89%. WKC is another broken JRPG- very common this generation. WKC metacritic is in the 60s.

If you believe critics - EDGE gave Heavy Rain a 7 :P

WKC was kinda a letdown for me, it was a good game for what it was and I never got the chance yet to fully "play" it I basically just ran through the game and finished in about 28 hours, which is kinda short, but I didn't do much online stuff (baybe 2 hours) and that's where most of the gameplay is.

The voice acting is the only thing that really bugged me, and the huge maps...  Also the quick respawns were annoying sometimes.

Thanks, i have decided to get both tomorrow, will play Heavy rain first and leave WKC til easter holidays after completing GOWIII!!!

Why can't you be like xbox360 only have HALO games, so i only have to buy 1 game or 1 DLC a year for your system.

Is this really necessary? After all, what is being called the best game of the year and a huge GOTY candidate, ME2, is a 360/PC game.

Both consoles have some pretty awesome offerings. GOW3, FFXIII, ME2, Alan Wake, Halo:Reach, etc etc etc... the mind reels when I start adding up prices for all that crap.

u can play it on pc, better graphics, and i think it's even cheaper.

Which is why I, uh, called it a 360/PC game.

Wow games are over $100 in Australia? and I was pissed games are $70 in Canada compared to $60 in USA.

well it's $65 USA. You forgot to add that tax thing.

If tax is in play then it becomes $80 where I'm from :)

Ps2 has more variety of games than PS3, but the games for the PS3 are sill pretty good for the masses.
