That, and the games that get 1-2 should be broken beyond belief. I haven't seen any frame rate or graphical issues with the game.

I mean, Two Worlds got a 50% average and I own it. I can say it is probably one of, if not the, worst games I have in my game collection. However, I can honestly say that Deadly Premonition is well above it.

Agree. This is a completely playable game. I'm pretty sure IGN only does reviews like this to get attention as critical reviewers. Vampire Rain got a higher score and is basically trash.

man i was jealous of the game being 360 only for a sec in fact its available for ps3 in japan its called Red Seeds Profile

What is the point of a 10 point scale if you don't use numbers below 5?

I haven't played the game so I cannot say if its too harsh or not but saying that a game must be broken to score low is wrong imo.
