Forums - Nintendo - Gradius: Rebirth patch released in Japan.

I don't know if this has been posted here yet, but I thought this was pretty interesting for Konami and M2 to do. No word yet on a western release though.

There is a Gradius game for Wiiware? Gradius Rebirth? Really? Woow, I am really uninformed. I will give this game a try because I really like the series.

Also, what is the problem of the game?

There wasn't really a problem per se, just not much BGM diversity and a few other tweeks that the fixed. The game is short, but when it it only costs $10.00 that's not really an issue.

Oh, no problems for me. Contra Rebirth is short but at the same time it's a great game.

Its really difficult, i still can't get past 2nd Level Boss.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Seriously a WiiWare game got an update.

I now officially call MASSIVE BULLSHIT on developers who are lazy lackluster shits about not updating or distributing WiiWare executables to add features.

It is NOT Nintendo who are saying no to game updates. It's just that developers want to do minimal work on the Wii.

Gratz to Konami for breaking the barrier.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

I've just downloaded the patch this morning, everything's fine so far.

If you've already purchased the title, just browse your previously downloaded titles and click on the icon.

I'm scratching my head too; when did Wii games get any type of updates, or patches for that matter?

And another thing, is there really a 40MB limit o this service?

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

I didn't know of this....

It allows to FINALLY adjust the screen aspect ratio. Same deal with Castlevania rebirth.

Dk what else has changed in it.
