Dude, thats a easy decision, get the PS3 many great games you will really like, plus PS Arc comming soon, buy the Wii games later used for a lower price, get the HD console. Enjoy

No point in getting a second console if you can't afford games for it tbh, I'd suggest getting more wii games instead of the ps3. Wii games tend to be cheaper than ps3 ones aswell so that 400$ a year will probably stretch further on the wii.
