It's probably they're company friendly legal system. Here in the UK, flash carts/mod chips etc. are completely legal.

They probably targeting Aus because piracy is big here. Mainly cause of POOR DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS for movies, game, etc... it takes forever to get some of the stuff IF NEVER.

thing was modchips etcc are legal here. So not exactly sure why they got done :( Maybe a law change when I was sleeping haha. So in two weeks Nintendo Aus has the following

1.5million from NSMB Wii guy who distributed plus 620K from the Li family.
