Well, the Earth goes through natural warming and cooling periods, but we may be changing the weather.

Its common belief that we are in a climate cycle, yes this isn't helped by excessive emmisions but its largly natural.

Also some polar ice caps are melting others are being formed all the time. Because of this there are now more polar bears than ever before! All thanks to more habitats!

The issue here is that these experts have repeatedly refused to give evidence to back up their claims. Now, they say they lost the data. The fact is, is that this look really bad on their part. If they would provide the data that led them to the conclusion that we're causing harm to the planet, then I'd gladly believe it. But they haven't. And now, we have evidence showing that they tried to cover a lot of this stuff up (the "climategate" stuff they talked about in that article).

I do believe that we've lost hundreds of thousands of species since the industrial revolution.  i do believe we clear cut the rainforest every day.  I notice that theres places i could swim as a kid that i cant swim now.  but its all lies from the goverment eh?

In Britain 40 years ago they said that the supply of gas and oil from the North sea would run out within 20 years. Then they raise the taxes on gas and fuel etc. Thsi leads to higher standard goods as they need vehicles for transportation.

Now, 40 years on they say theres around 40 years left, is there any wonder people are thinking the whole humans are destroying the world argument to their advantage to have more "green taxes" placed upon us?

Edit: On top of that, the "Oil Funded Anti-Global Warming" conspiracy is completely unfounded being that most fossil fuel based energy companies are heavily funding environmental organizations and the scientists behind the global warming hypothesis. The reason for this is not really known, but it is reasonable to believe that they intend to use their massive cash positions to manipulate carbon markets for massive profit.
