I haven't asked, but I'd be surprised if there was. Can't remember the last time I heard of a midnight launch here, so...

Not a single word for Spain, but I would gladly go over there. I have mine pre-ordered in a "Leisure Centre" where I could have dinner and stay warm until midnight. That would be awesome!! =)


Now, coming back to reality... Knowing how this country works, some little stores will have the game the day before the official release, maybe two. The vast mayority will respect the official release though.

Only if HMV is doing a midnight launch because they are the only ones who sell the special edition.

If they're doing a midnight, does that also mean they're doing midnights for Pokemon, BC2, FFXIII, GoWIII, etc.?

Walmart technically does every week since games are put out for sale at 12:01am Tuesday morning.

Worth nothing to me since I preordered via amazon with release day shipping.

My question is.....let's say on the off chance Amazon ships it out on Friday (tomorrow, to guarantee a Tuesday delivery without having to overnight) I wonder what my probability is of receiving on Monday ^_^

Just downloaded the demo last night. Gonna give it a run to determine if I want the game. However, I don't think I'll go to a midnight launch for this.

From personal experience.....any store manager can actually hold a midnight launch for any game. Case in point I'll use demon soul's. Almost no one preordered it but the Manager put up a midnight launch. Only 2 people showed up and a few employees grabbed there own copy and he handed them out, grabbed his own personal copy and left. I happen to be friends with him and he said pretty that if there is a game he wants he'll do a mini 10 or 15 minute midnight launch grab it and go.

Don't know if they're actually allowed to do it, but the district manager was there XD so I'll take that as a yes.

Modern Warfare 2 did get a Midnight Launch. Unless me waiting in line and talking to people for about an hour was a dream and I actually don't own the game.
