It is not about the quality of the product.  It is about the way they treat their customers.

Let's go back to the restaurant example one of you used.  A particular restaurant may have some the best food in the world, but if the waiters get your order wrong, the food takes forever to get to you, and the manager doesn't care when you complain, then most people wouldn't go back.

It appears the Games4Fun does not like the way that Sony treats gamers, so he does not buy their console.  That's the way business works.

Don't wanna type a long essay so:

- It's 1 person who said that. Being arrogant and spouting bullshit is what most PR's do.

- Important point : He wasn't even saying anything bad about the customers. He just made a silly comparison.

- You're example is kind of off for what we are talking about, but I agree.

Well I'm tired of trying to convince someone, so Ill just let it go and say;

"Ya know,I use to be a big fan of Sony almost as much as I am with Ninty, but things like this just keep helping me recall why I have not bought a PSP or PS3. IF they would just get over it and do their games and systems they would have had another customer again." - Games4Fun

It has been a lot more than one over the last few years and yes some have been about the customers.  Anyways I do not feel like I am the one who lost anything. I still get to play great games. I have  saved a lot of money, or  used the money I would have spent on thier system and got more games with it. This is while they  have lost some. They could care less to some extent I am sure, but when you get enough people who feel this way it starts to hurt them just like it does any company.

thats bullshit, the problem is the games........... If they take little king story and put it on PS3 it wouldn't have sold even 1copy and I'm serious not 1, if you take any of these games that are not selling on wii they will not sell on the other consoles.............
If they don't put good games on they will not sell and some of these good games no matter how good they are (no more heroes, little king story, ect) there just not going to sell cause nobody wants them NOW if they put BIOSHOCK CODMW2 and them games that sell well on the other consoles then they will sell "I have friends who would have bought COD reflex if it used wiispeak and they have the 2nd one on ps3" until then no 3rd party game sells on wii.............



3rd parties even when they make a good wii game there not putting 100% of the effort into it so I already counted 2 more possible sales for cod reflex alone but they didn't add voice chat witch brought the game down enough so they'd miss out on extra sales "way to go tryach and infinite ward

i think nintendo fans buy mostly for nintendo games, 3rd party titles sell just fine on the wii. Sony need to start selling more console exclusives (havent got a 5mil exclusive title yet)
