Kasz I understand what you're saying

I just hope you also acknowledge that purely merit-based leagues would have a lot of divisions along gender lines anyway

You know, why do Urinals even exist? You pee in a stall at home so why not have a couple more stalls and thats that.

They're more space efficient and use like a fifth as much water per flush.

But stalls + Unisex is more space efficient and can load balance better between males/females.

absolutely not. Guys are pigs and slobs and they can't hit the toilet to save themselves. Every single public mens room I've gone in just reeks (unless it is at some really nice place, and schools don't qualify). Every single womens room I've been in smells nice (even the trashy places like public schools). Yes I'm a guy, but at least I don't want to force women to go through what I go through.

Clearly you've never seen a girl's bathroom in a dorm.  Used tampons on the shower floor, urine on the ground near the toilet from the girl who couldn't quite make it there, other stuff on the toilet itself, and make-up or the like on the sink/counter-tops...  Girls can be pretty messy too and, depending on the people, even messier.  Spraying perfume/hair spray in the bathroom and being able to work an air freshner doesn't make up for the rest of it.

Didn't watch it.

Additionallly... men and other men aren't created on an equal physical level.

There are many differences in genetics and how people are born rather then just the male female dichotomy.

A good 80% of MEN can't compete in Men's sports with that number being higher in proffesional sports.  It seems odd that female sports exist with a similar ratio for a similar reason.

Afterall the best women atheltes could still kill mediocre men atheletes in most cases and sports.

Hell David Stern the commisoner of the NBA actually thinks we'll see a female player in the NBA in the next 10 years.

The reason why women would never compete with the men in basketball is because they have wider hips. They are already more prone to knee injury as is due to the angle their wider hips putting pressure on their knee joints without competing with more physical men.

ture, I've never seen a bathroom like that, and never really been in a dorm bathroom at all (commuting to college FTW). Let's just say I'm sure I haven't experience every kind of bathroom in the world, but around where I live the mens rooms just suck.

I've been in enough for various reasons, and I've asked my wife about some others (just cause the guys were in such bad shape)

Aw hell no dog! This won't fly.

In emergency's it can happen. Think movie-theaters with a break in a long film. Girls will use the men's bathroom because the line in front of the ladies is just not manageable. And that's totally fine but still, the only way a woman enters then is with a lot of apologies and looking at the floor.

This shouldn't be common practice. Women don't feel at leisure when they have to go to the men's bathroom. Plus, men tend to leave bigger messes on pots - especially in schools. I doubt women would find that pleasant...

Well, if they both shared one bathroom, then this would solve the problem of them not feeling at leisure when using the mens bathroom.. since a mens restroom wouldnt exist.

so this is the only reason men and women shouldnt share bathrooms? after reading the first sentence of your post, i was expecting some actual reason.

I guess I know now that I shouldn't expect much from you when you post. and its only my first day here! lol.
