Yes - but WW PS3 outsold this weeks' US Wii - the console will catch up :)

and the only reason this is a close race is because 3rd parties refuse to abandon the HD systems like they did the GC. Some amazing sales for Wii though.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

And why should they abandon the Consoles that are giving them more money like Xbox ?

its not a question of selling more Consoles , its a question of selling more games for 3rd PArties and in that department Wii is doing horrible.

Something else I find funny for those that bang on about Japan still being relevent for HW sales, 360 has sold more HW in the US than the big 3 combined in Japan.
