always check the disk, by asking the store to show you it, before you purchase, you should be able to return it surely??

Well at Gamestop you have to be careful because they like to sell you used games for the new price all the damn time. If they try to sell me that used-new shit. I always demand my money back and go to Amazon/Walmart. I want the devs to get the money, not Gamestop.
