I had a dream about God of War 3's framerate last night...

I dreamed that because they dropped the resolution from 1080p to 720p that Sony Santa Monica also dropped the frame rate

It wasn't 60fps

It wasn't "variable"

It was 30fps. I dreamed God of War 3 run at no more than 33-34fps at any given time.

Since they changed the resolution, does anyone think this might happen too?

Didn't someone say the game is at 60 FPS but not constantly and drops/fluctuates during epic scenes?

well the demo averaged 36fps and dropped as low as 24 on occasions, with the last minute addition of motion blur it wouldn't be surprising at all if it did end up closer to 30fps.
