I could barely find anyone online for Lord of the Rings: Conquest, and that was only a short while after it came out. It was just about impossible to find anyone who played the game Ranked. Besides, would you keep your servers open just so a couple thousand people can get achievements? I wouldn't.
Be reasonable guys.

Well I know there's about 100 people playing Conquest on the PS3 at the same time.
I can always find full games.

Okay, that kind of proved my point. 100 people is pretty insignificant, don't ya think? And they have to close their servers at some point. They can't be up forever.

You are correct, but that only means that games should make all of their achievements get-able offline as well as online and this whole problem would be solved. When it is literally impossible to get them after a certain date, it kind of feels like the makers didn't sell you the whole package.
And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

I think 100 people is a lot lol
I mean servers can support 16 people so as long as there's 16 people playing I don't care ahah

I see your point, however, it was impossible to get many of the online achievements in Lord of the Rings: Conquest anyways (since ranked was barren), and there are many online achievements that would take FOREVER to get anyways (100,000 kills in Gears 1, Veteran rank in Gears 2). The main thing is to just not stress about achievements that much (but that's a lot to ask sometimes, they can be addicting indeed).
no! i liked lord of the rings conquest, i was going to buy it on the cheap pretty soon. damn EA.

Rank means shit, since it only means you've invested more time into the game. And from the gameplay video you posted of BC2, I'll be really suprised if you can suddenly hit people at point blank range just by switching to 43. |
1. Rank does mean shit, because Rank shows how good you are. Durr I can play for four days straight and be low rank, Or i can play for a day and be high rank. It shows how effective you are.
2. That video of BF: BAD company 2, i was playing with ONE hand.
Me - 68907
You -25098
That means im twice as good as you are. So if i cant hit anything at point blank than i would hate to see you.
I can't say I feel bad, the game was incredibly shitty.
