Real time = Heavy Rain type events.

In game = The actual in game graphics are used to show cut scenes

Pre-Rendered = The cut scenes are done using in game engine and alot of polish that the graphics of the game doesnt have.

OMG GoW3 is a disappointment! >.< no way bad 9/10 scores, no CGI, so linear! WORLDS OVER!
