Going multiplatform for sure.

Certainly handhelds but it will be irrelivent on PS3 and 360, just like Rabbits.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

What a c***. Brian Farrel is going on my enemy list. What sort of a moron thinks motion control did not help that game and the HUGE kids market on wii didn't help either?

You know what will be funny? Seeing this fail on the other consoles while they fuck up the Wii version.

It could be a great cartoon if made correctly

Eh, I don't really think motion was very well utilized in De Blob. I think the original De Blob could survive a transition to the other consoles.

That being said, I was really hoping that De Blob 2 would make use of the pointer. Paint + pointer should have obvious potential, no? Doesn't look like that's going to pan out... :/

I really loved this game. It is my favorite non-Mario 3D platformer. It does have its flaws though, like the really long levels without the ability to save. The cutscenes were pretty funny, so I can see this as a cartoon pretty easily.
