I got a few questions about high school.

 

First off  is my question about gpa

What if I got 3.0 gpa over all (freshman and sophmore year) and then junior year i get a 4.0 (first semester of junior year) do i just average them out and get a 3.5 gpa over all or it dosent work that way?

My second question is if i take all my senior classes during summer school the main course class (math,english ,science and history) do i have to take them my senior year?

 

My counselor is lazy at my school so im hoping you guys will help thanks and hope you have a great week :)

First question, no, they only average out the whole grade for the year. Each quarter GPA gets averaged into the whole year GPA and that gets averaged out into the rest. 

Second question, I think you don't. For example, my cousin by his senior year he had enough credits and he left school early because he was finished with some classes.

Although.... he did fail his first senior year, so that my change it. >_>
