When I first played Metroid Prime Trilogy I was shocked at how well it was crafted. It exceeded my expections and should remain as one of my favourite games. I had the same feeling when I played the award winning Super Mario Galaxy and New Super Mario Bros. Wii. But Super Smash Bros Brawl and Mario Kart Wii will always remain as games I exceed at.

Basically, Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Mario Kart and Smash Bros. are the top of the line in the games industry.

Sure, Call of Duty, Gran Turismo and Grand Theft Auto are as well, but those Nintendo franchises are as I see it gaming perfection.

Mario, Zelda and Metroid franchise will always remain as the gaming references. I consider Mario Galaxy the best one, better far away from N64 Super Mario, and TP too was a bright game.

New Super Mario Bros Wii is the most addictive one. It's the one you play, you're mind blowed by the multi, then got bored, and you return on it after and play again and again. Although it looks like the DS version, the game is my favorite 2D Mario with Super Mario Bros 2 & 3.

compared to anything at the time it was unreal
