Not even an announcement of an announcement. Rather a question about whether people would like to have an announcement.

I'm assuming Wii and 360 fans would say no, and PS3 fans would say yes. If they get more no's than yes's does that mean they'll cancel whatever announcement they may have been planning?

I think the tweeter was trying to say that there will be an announcement at that time, and anyone interested should go to the site. It could have been worded a lot better though

Since it's a Euro announcement, my guess is Killzone 3. Now that they've invested so much time and money on the game engine, I expect them to churn out at least two more entries this gen.

It would make the shower scenes even more interesting.
