Lucky guesses obviously...

Could you give me some advice on the lottery numbers then?

On topic: It's amazing how well Mario Kart Wii did. I know it has amazing legs, but it matched MW2 on Xbox 360+PS3 combined. Phenomenal. Deserves all those sales though, it is an amazing game.

I didn't do that because there's three days of the previous month in there, just as I took until the 2nd of january to cover that.

Besides, undoubtedly, if I did include it, someone would eventually say "you added more days than the actual quarter". Doomed if I did, doomed if I didn't :p

I think you're mistaken. The first day you enter when using the hardware table does not mean the week ending that specific day. So if you pick October 10th as a starting day it doesn't include the week prior to that.

Wii: 2 millones
PS3: 1,24 millones
360: 0,67 millones

DS: 4,8 millones
PSP: 2,3 millones

Can you explain what the line "Cifras de venta..." means? Are these numbers made public by Nintendo Iberica with Gfk as a source for the data?

Sales numbers: Nintendo Iberia (Spain and Portugal i assume), extrapolation based on GFK data with a ratio of 0.68

You are welcome.

I thought it was always "week ending with <date you choose>", my bad then

cifras de ventas = figures, numbers, sales...

these numbers are from GFK, nintendo iberica only extrapolate this numbers with a 0.68 ratio. So this means GFK covers about two thirds of the spanish market...

@papflesje: For most other features on this site it is, so I can understand your confusion.

@Faxanadu and John_Doe: Thanks for explaining.
