The game is not rated suitable for kids at all, so I don't see the problem with kids. That's why we have a parental rating actually...

If your kids watch the "Saw" movie with you despite the advisory warning, are they guilty or are you guilty as their father ?

And really, even so, I don't think there's anything wrong with even young kids seeing what a nude girl / woman looks like.

If you believe in god, that's just the way god made us. And if you don't, then why would you think it's bad to begin with.
