Pretty good list.

My list of games that always deliver are Gran Turismo, Mario (main series), Ratchet & Clank, Grand Theft Auto, Resistance (so far), Uncharted (so far), Halo (Main Series), Madden, etc.

Now why Madden you say? Well because it delivers. You get a good, but not great, football game every single year. It will never surprise you, but in the same hand it will never disappoint.

Well I would say Elder Scrolls, MechWarrior, God of War(3 games with PSP release) and Fallout. There were a few others, but I think those are probably the most important.

Armada was a never-released arcade game. I think you're thinking of Star Fox: Assault.

Grand Thief Auto
Fire Emblem
Baldur's Gate (especially if you consider Dragon's Age as it's successor)
Pokemon
Kirby (haven't played them all but enjoy all I've played but then that goes for all of these)
Halo (If you consider ODST an expansion)
Guitar Hero
