There is no such thing as "overpriced" if people buy it and feel they got their money's worth out of the device.
"More expensive than the competition", yes. "Overpriced"? Not necessarily.

Yes, just like Microsoft should have destroyed Apple 13 years ago so that none of us would have been subjected to the iPod, iPhone, Music Store, or constant laptop updates that every other manufacturer straights rips from Apple's design team.
It's funny how so many of you absolutely LOVE products that are so heavily dependant on Apple's original pioneering design but want to see the Cupertino company burn in hell for all eternity.
Yeah, that makes sense.

I say apple let's MS buy their search engine on their iPhone and both make a ton of cash off of it.

iSuppli's totals only estimate the cost that Apple pays for components and manufacturing. They don't cover design, programming, packaging, shipping, marketing, customer support or retail costs. It might surprise you that the world-class professionals who work at Cupertino actually have to get paid, and not just the factory workers in China.
So who here is excited for when Google starts filtering Microsoft products out of web searches? Maybe they already are. In the past, I'd dismissed the warnings of alarmists who were concerned about how much control over the flow of internet information Google has. After this stunt, I'm starting to share their concern.

With less than 7% of household computer share, they can hardly make it hard to use google on Apple machines lol.
